Brokerage Solutions is an independent Brokerage General Agency (BGA) distributing individual Life and Annuity products to independent insurance agents and advisors throughout the United States.
Our team has executive experience within the carriers, and extensive knowledge of the life, annuity, life settlements, and premium financing marketplaces. He currently works as Senior Managing Director for Brokerage Solutions, LLC and was most recently at M Financial Group as Vice President of Insurance Solutions during a period of record sales.

Paul is a successful financial services leader, acting as president of his own firm for over 20 years. He founded his company, Brokerage Solutions Inc, in 2003 as a Brokerage General Agency (BGA), distributing individual Life, Annuity, Disability, and Long-Term Care products to independent insurance agents and advisors throughout the United States, with a focus on white-glove support and unparalleled impaired risk expertise.

Adam Weisberger
As a tenured, 30-year sales professional, Adam has spent the last 14 years in the financial services industry. With production in front-line sales, Adam earned MDRT qualifications and Top 50 Manager credentials for consecutive years with industry-leading mutual companies. Adam is experienced in the sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and coaching of new and experienced advisors. With extensive financial planning experience, Adam can offer a unique experience in developing solutions for his clients. This experience, combined with the desire to help others, will enable Brokerage Solutions and our producers to lean on Adam to expand their practice.
AJ Sheehan
As a financial services leader with 20 years of experience, AJ has a proven track record of driving results. With front-line sales, agency ownership, and field leadership experience, AJ has a wealth of knowledge in the industry. Recently, AJ was Head of Field Development for a multi-national financial services company before entering back into the field in an advisor-facing executive leadership role. AJ’s expertise in leading and coaching the next level of financial professionals has brought him to Brokerage Solutions, where his experience, industry knowledge, and out-of-the-box thinking are sure to bring a fresh perspective and drive success for the team and our advisor partnerships.
Damon Phelan
Damon is a dynamic sales leader with over 30 years of proven success in recruiting, training, and developing sales reps, sales teams, and leadership development in the financial services industry. His ability to grow individual reps and firms’ overall sales has led him to receive every significant recruiting and development award in the financial services and life insurance industry. His focus at Brokerage Solutions is to deliver this same impact to both his advisors’ practices and his clients’ planning needs.
Devin Rose
Devin has well over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry and a successful track record at multiple levels in the field. He is a multiple-time MDRT qualifier and has led several large teams. He was recently a Senior Vice President with another firm in the field before becoming a Brokerage Director with Brokerage Solutions. Having unique planning and insurance solutions, focused on tax solutions, and driving unique partnerships across the industry, he is bound to bring a lot to the team.
